Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Bengaluru team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education & training sector.

Engage with leads and prospects regularly via calls, emails, and meetings.

Share relevant and informative content to maintain engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads from digital channels.

Analyse local business prospects and competitor ROI models.

Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Strong new business development and lead nurturing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
