Business Development Manager / Area & Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to achieve business growth targets in assigned regions.
  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with

    schools, NGOs, corporate CSR teams, and government departments

  • Present LearningBIX's

    STEM/AI/Robotics Lab solutions, products, and programs

    to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete

    B2B sales cycle

    from prospecting, pitching, and proposal creation to closure.
  • Identify and onboard

    channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Academic, Product, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
  • Participate in

    educational events, exhibitions, and webinars

    to promote LearningBIX offerings.
  • Maintain a detailed

    sales pipeline and reporting system

    , ensuring regular updates to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 37 years of proven experience

    in

    B2B/Institutional Sales

    , preferably within

    Ed-Tech or STEM-focused organizations

  • Strong understanding of

    school partnerships and educational product sales

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling

    regional sales operations or multi-city business expansion

    .
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in GeM Portal, MS Office, and digital presentation platforms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (Pan India).
