Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in the EAC South region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the EAC South region.
