Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi Experience: 3-5 years in Sales & Business Development roles Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual passionate about business development and client relationships. The ideal candidate will engage with architects, designers, and end clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. This role involves frequent meetings, collaboration with internal teams, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with architects, designers, and clients to understand their project needs, recommend suitable products, and establish long-term partnerships. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of project milestones. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through relationship management and networking, working towards securing orders and maintaining a steady client pipeline. Project Management: Work closely with project teams to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently, coordinating with different departments for smooth project execution. Reporting & Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare progress reports, and follow up on leads and ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the sales and product teams. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3-5 years in Sales & Business Development, preferably in a related industry. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and strong project management abilities. Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of acoustic products, designer lighting, or related industries is a plus.
