We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Business Development Manager to join our decorative lighting showroom in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, understanding their lighting needs, and offering design-led solutions that elevate their spaces. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for presentation, and a strong grip on data handling and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate lighting solutions
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in decorative lighting
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports using Excel
• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Well-spoken with fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience in luxury retail, lighting, interiors, or similar domains will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
