As a Business Development Manager, your primary role will be to drive growth in the Data Sciences and Data Engineering vertical. You will need to leverage your expertise in data-driven technologies and B2B sales to establish and nurture strategic client relationships that result in revenue growth and long-term business value. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Data Science & Engineering domain. - Understand client challenges and propose customized data solutions. - Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop client-specific proposals and solutions. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new growth areas. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in business development or solution sales, ideally in IT, data analytics, or related sectors. - Proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Engineering solutions and services. - Demonstrated track record of closing deals and achieving or surpassing sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Capability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams. - Proactive, customer-centric mindset with adept problems solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field. - Experience collaborating with medium to large-sized enterprises.
