Job Description

General Summary: As part of the India Sales and business development team, this role is responsible for driving sales for compute category (commercial) with OEMs, Enterprises and closely working with distribution channel. This role requires leadership and coordination across regional sales teams, global licensing teams and leads from the product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations business units. The ideal candidate will build Key Account Engagements to develop strong partnership with compute OEMs and channel partners in the commercial segment. Manage Partnership to drive volume and brand visibility and preference. Business Development activities to introduce Compute Category as well grow Qualcomm market share in the sales channels. The candidate must possess excellent customer engagement, execution and communication skills complimented by technical understanding to drive deals across key stakeholders, both internal and external including ecosystem partners. Candidate should have strong experience in sales & distribution with strategic roles in channel engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Compute: Develop Business Strategy to introduce and grow Snapdragon Compute Platform in commercial segment Develop Key Account Partnership strategy with Device Global Brands and India Private Brands Develop local ecosystem and drive global ODMs for Make in India Snapdragon Compute Drive Business Partnership with Compute OS majors [e.g., Microsoft, Google etc.] for joint marketing programs, joint pitches to new suppliers, enterprises, government Develop and secure new business with enterprise accounts, carrier accounts, system integrators etc. to make Snapdragon Compute as the choice of device for enterprise-wide usage. Hunt opportunities for compute in education, banking, enterprise, and government sectors. Connect within CIO organizations and other executive level key decision makers to drive business volumes. Channel: Ensure account growth, drive technology adoption, and Create roadmap for conversion to direct accounts. Responsible for educating customers on QCT product roadmap & feature differentiators and influencing executive decisions to further adoption of Qualcomm chipsets. Market the benefits of co-marketing, branding, and PR with Qualcomm to distribution partners. Work with the marketing function to envision and execute joint marketing and PR campaigns. Develop and drive strategies to scale adoption of Qualcomm based products and features. Develop channel programs for deeper collaboration with distribution partners. Set goals/ KPIs with partners and monitor program progress. Manage go-to-market of programs, including building and managing partner implementation, training partner managers, and reporting progress within global cross functional teams.
