Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the sale, rental, or development of properties. This includes identifying potential tenants through advertising and marketing vacant spaces, negotiating leases, collecting security deposits, and maintaining and securing premises. You will also handle tenant complaints, enforce occupancy rules, inspect units, plan renovations, and contract landscaping services. Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and negotiating contracts with contractors in a timely manner will be essential. Additionally, you will manage partnerships with property owners, leasing partners, and flex space providers, finding new tenants, and handling tenancy renewals and terminations. Building relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities will also be a key part of your role. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's / Master's degree (Regular) preferred - Minimum 10 years of work experience in property management (both Commercial and Residential) - Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development - Proficiency in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates - In-depth understanding of property law, taxes, and financial statements - Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations Immediate joiners will be given preference.
