About Us:
Sree Jagannath Engineering Works is one of the leading manufacturers of cable trays in India. We cater to major steel plants, cement plants, and other large-scale industries. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced professional who can spearhead our entry into the cement industry and strengthen our presence with top clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and expand the company’s presence within the cement industry by targeting major players such as Ambuja, UltraTech, ACC, and other leading cement manufacturers.
  • Leverage existing connections and industry network to secure product approvals and vendor registrations.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to generate consistent orders from cement plants.
  • Build long-term business relationships with procurement teams, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the cement sector.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to meet client requirements and ensure smooth execution of orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the cement sector (vendor approvals, vendor development, or industrial product sales experience preferred).
  • Strong network and contacts within leading cement companies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Engineering or Business background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
