As a Content Business Development Manager (BDM) at Capgemini, you will have global end-to-end ownership of Architecture and Technology. Your key responsibilities will include aligning, capturing, and creating relevant content for role-based learning maps to enable partners to deliver a compelling pitch to customers while ensuring effective deployment and support of solutions. You will collaborate with key Solution Plus, Strategic, ISV, and Cloud partners to deliver joint solutions and technology training to Partners, Distributors, and Sales Staff. Additionally, you will monitor the usage of the educational framework by partners and strive to increase traction and adoption. Your roles and responsibilities will involve collating, curating, and designing the training and education curriculum for the entire Enterprise Networking Architecture Portfolio. This includes creating and evaluating quizzes and COLT, working with the lab team to develop relevant labs and demos for partner enablement learning maps, and collaborating with Business Unit and relevant Architecture stakeholders in each geographic location to drive the Architecture Curriculum on the platform. To excel in this role, you should have 4-9 years of experience in Enterprise Networking Architecture, RNS, Wireless, or Sdwan with expertise in stakeholder management. Understanding and hands-on experience in detailed sub-technologies within the specific Architecture domain would be preferred.
