Role Overview: You will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the B2B sales domain. Your role will involve presenting services to clients, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. - Generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings with prospects. - Present services, value propositions, and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met. - Collaborate on developing customized proposals and presentations. - Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. - Provide feedback from clients to improve services and identify new market trends. Qualifications: - Experience: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT Sales. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Client Engagement: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Independence: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus. - Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT and managed services.
