Job Title: Business development/ sales manager Company: UPKAR DEVELOPERS Location: Attibele, Bangalore Salary: Negotiable Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented sales profile to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, and providing them with information about our projects, offers, and events. You will also be required to maintain a database of leads, follow up with them regularly, and ensure a high conversion rate. Job Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls, emails, social media, and webinars - Provide customers with information about our projects, offers, and events, and answer their queries and objections - Qualify leads based on their needs, preferences, and budget, and assign them to the appropriate sales team - Schedule appointments, site visits, and follow-ups for the sales team and the customers - Maintain a record of all the leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system - Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and campaigns - Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Job Requirements: - Proven experience as Business development/ sales manager or similar role in the real estate sector or others - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Customer-oriented, result-driven, and enthusiastic
