Job Description: Senior Business Development Manager – Solar Industry
Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Noida Sector 75
Company: Tracksun Solar Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand requirements, present solutions, and build strong client relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage end‑to‑end client engagement, from lead generation to project execution and handover.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management for strategic planning.
Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team goals.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar industry business development or field sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling site visits and client meetings independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and travel for client meetings/site visits.
Must own a two‑wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
