Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and convert B2B leads from corporates, startups, IT and co-working spaces, factories, institutions, and showrooms
Build relationships with admin and facility managers, procurement teams, architects, PMCs, and interior contractors
Present products at the showroom and at client offices, and arrange chair demos and samples
Coordinate with the design team on office layouts, BOQs, and quotations
Respond to tenders and RFQs, then negotiate and close orders
Develop repeat business and bulk chair orders from existing clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and keep the CRM and lead pipeline updated
Track competitor products and pricing in office furniture and seating

REQUIREMENTS

Proven B2B sales record in office furniture or seating
Good knowledge of workstations, office systems, and chair categories (executive, ergonomic, task, visitor, training)
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
An existing network of corporates, architects, or PMCs in Pune is preferred
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid licence
