About the Role

NKRS Healthtech pvt ltd-Docbrella is looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Manager to lead the sales team, monitor daily activities, streamline sales operations, and ensure business targets are achieved by the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team and conduct daily sales status calls to review progress, challenges, and targets.

- Monitor daily client visits, leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress of each sales executive.

- Track MOU status, pending documentation, and hospital onboarding activities.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports through Excel/CRM.

- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate data updates, and accountability across the team.

- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve business goals.

- Organize sales operations and align team activities with business requirements.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or sales operations.

- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.

- Ability to manage team performance, reporting, and sales processes effectively.

- Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage for candidate.
