Job Summary
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate leads, acquire new clients, and build strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Handle client calling, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Prepare business proposals and close sales deals.
- Explore new markets and opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Maintain client information and sales reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA candidates will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
