Job Description

A2 Digital is looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager with experience in digital marketing sales, revenue generation, and client acquisition across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
Acquire new domestic and international clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing services.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, track conversions, and forecast revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific solutions.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation, revenue generation, sales negotiation, and deal closure.
Experience handling domestic and international clients.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
