Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in B2B IT, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales.

The ideal candidate will be a strong sales hunter capable of identifying potential customers, generating qualified meetings, running outbound campaigns, and leveraging existing industry relationships to create business opportunities.

Candidates with experience selling IT solutions, enterprise software, ERP, MES, automation, or digital transformation solutions to Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical companies will be preferred.

The role will work closely with Synngular's leadership team, which will support product demonstrations, solution discussions, and final deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and engage potential customers across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other enterprise sectors.
• Research target accounts and connect with relevant decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, COOs, and functional heads.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

2. Sales Meetings & Business Opportunities

• Generate and schedule qualified customer meetings for Synngular's leadership team.
• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business challenges that Synngular can address.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, customer discussions, and follow-up meetings.

3. Outbound Sales Campaigns

• Independently plan and execute outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.
• Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms to identify and engage prospects.
• Continuously improve outreach messaging and campaign effectiveness.

4. Relationship-Based Business Development

• Leverage existing professional networks and industry relationships to generate customer introductions.
• Develop new relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and enterprise IT organizations.
• Identify potential referral and channel partnership opportunities.

5. Sales Follow-ups & Conversion

• Own customer communication and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Work closely with Synngular's leadership team to progress qualified opportunities toward closure.
• Support commercial discussions, proposal coordination, and customer onboarding handovers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular progress updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be evaluated on:

• Qualified Meetings: Number of relevant customer meetings generated and conducted.
• Sales Opportunities: Number of qualified business opportunities created.
• Sales Conversion: Revenue and customer acquisitions generated from sourced opportunities, working alongside the leadership team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B IT, SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solution sales.
• Experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales prospecting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience selling IT or software solutions to manufacturing or pharmaceutical organizations.
• Existing professional relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, or other enterprise decision-makers.
• Exposure to ERP, MES, QMS, eBMR, enterprise automation, AI solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
