Job Overview

Socialpost Digital Media is seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in business development, field sales, client acquisition, and business relationship management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.

The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert prospective leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and client meetings.
• Present and promote the company's digital marketing services to prospective clients based on their business requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Develop tailored business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client onboarding and a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead progress, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, field sales, or B2B client acquisition.
• Prior experience in the digital marketing industry or selling marketing-related services will be preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and business networking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and field visits.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and deliver results within defined timelines.

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, current compensation, and demonstrated capabilities.
