Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-5+ years of experience. Candidates with good communication, coordination, leadership, and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage business development and sales activities for interior projects.
Generate new leads and develop client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable interior solutions.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams.
Review proposals, quotations and project requirements.
Guide the sales team in lead follow-up and deal closure.
Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

DCE / DME / B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical.
2–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
Basic negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
