Job Description

Santosh Reddy International Schools & Colleges is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Managers to expand our presence across Telangana. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting institutional growth and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement district-level business development strategies.
• Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support student admission growth.
• Promote the institution's educational programmes and services.
• Coordinate marketing activities and lead-generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong professional networks within the assigned district.
• Monitor business development activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Submit regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Any graduate can apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to build professional relationships and work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
• Experience in education, school admissions, or institutional marketing is an advantage.
