Job Description

Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify new geographic territories, market segments, and high-potential cities or towns to introduce the company's product lines (SKUs).
Channel & Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and evaluate super stockists, distributors, and wholesale partners to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.
Team Leadership & Mentorshgurugip: Lead, train, and guide a team of Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), helping them plan their beat routes and achieve their monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with major retail chains, key corporate clients, or institutional buyers.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions for underperforming territories.
Trade Schemes & Promotions: Design, execute, and evaluate localized trade marketing campaigns, promotional schemes, and visibility programs to boost brand awareness at retail counters.
Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor pricing, schemes, distribution models, and product positioning, reporting insights back to management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
