Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless financial processes in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, including collections and payment follow-ups.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Identify and drive new business development opportunities in the healthcare sector.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Collection Management, preferably in healthcare.
· Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and RCM processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
