Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM). As a fresher in this position, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to acquire the skills necessary for driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Learn and implement effective strategies for business development and client acquisition. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients. Promote small savings to the public like RD, DRD, FD, and MIS schemes. Collaborate with senior team members to develop sales strategies and achieve targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met. Utilize social media and other platforms to generate leads and build a professional network. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities.
