Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on international markets. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and a solid history of closing international deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and negotiations
• Close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business development or international sales
• Proven ability to close deals with international clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or IT services company is a plus
