As a Business Development Manager for interior design projects, your role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in both residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels such as site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms. Conducting client meetings to understand their design requirements, budgets, and timelines will be a crucial part of your job. Additionally, you will coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations, as well as present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects - Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms - Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines - Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations - Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts - Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and channel partners - Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies - Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction - Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills - Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular solutions, and execution processes - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work with targets and deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Please note that this is a full-time position located in person.
