HandyPay Services Private Limited operates in the FinTech and digital payments space, offering payment gateway, payout, collections, merchant payment, and digital financial services. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Managers to expand our B2B client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Managers with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, client acquisition, inside sales, or business development. Candidates from FinTech, Banking, Payment Gateways, SaaS, IT Services, Telecom, and other B2B-focused industries are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in API sales, white-label solutions, payment processing, or technology-based services will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new business clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Promote B2B payment solutions, payment gateway services, API integrations, payout solutions, and white-label offerings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, client meetings, and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, merchants, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and client handover.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth service implementation.
• Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, inside sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and close business deals.
• A target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
