Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in the interior and architectural product industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Promote premium interior and architectural products such as stretch ceilings, decorative panels, and lighting systems.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and presentations to explain product offerings.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for client requirements and timely deliveries.
• Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and assist in achieving assigned targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Interior Design / Any Discipline.
• 0–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client coordination.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory (English and Tamil are an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Freshers with good communication and interest in interiors are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,483.53 - ₹51,576.36 per month

Work Location: In person
