Job Summary:

White Fire Diamonds is looking for a confident, disciplined, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand its B2B diamond jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with jewellery retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and generating sales through domestic market visits.

Candidates from luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, banking relationship management, and premium customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Prior jewellery experience is not mandatory, as product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach jewellery retailers to develop new B2B business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct domestic travel to meet jewellery retailers, present products, and generate sales.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Follow up with potential clients, negotiate business terms, and convert leads into sales.

Research market trends, identify potential markets, and develop new client networks.

Maintain client records, sales reports, and regular follow-up updates.

Demonstrate professionalism, sales confidence, discipline, and strong communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, banking relationship management, premium customer service, or sales are welcome.

Jewellery industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Willingness to travel domestically to meet jewellery retailers.

A target-oriented approach, professional discipline, and a positive attitude.

Age and experience requirements will be based on the actual responsibilities of the position.
