Job Description

New Client Acquisition:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to

    identify and secure new clients

    for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time).
  2. Leverage

    existing contacts

    and build relationships with:
  • Implementing Partners.
  • Client Vendor Managers.
  • Other stakeholders.
  1. Initiate and finalize

    Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

    with clients.

Requirement Management:

  1. Obtain

    new IT staffing requirements

    from clients.
  2. Collaborate closely with the

    internal recruitment team

    to ensure:
  • Quality

    submissions.
  • Timely delivery

    of candidates.

Relationship Building:

  1. Establish and maintain

    strong relationships

    with key decision-makers and vendor managers.
  2. Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for client escalations and ensure

    client satisfaction

    .

Market Research:

  1. Stay updated on

    industry trends and insights

    to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Regularly analyze

    competitors

    and market dynamics to maintain a

    competitive edge

    .

Reporting and Communication:

  1. Provide

    regular updates

    to leadership regarding:
  • Business development progress.
  • Client interactions.
  1. Ensure

    seamless coordination

    between clients and internal teams to achieve staffing goals.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in

    IT staffing business development

    , preferably with established contacts in

    implementing partner companies

    .
  2. Strong

    network

    with

    Client Vendor Managers

    in the IT staffing industry.
  3. Excellent

    communication

    ,

    negotiation

    , and

    relationship management

    skills.
  4. Ability to

    present technical job requirements

    effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to
