Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at ALGORITHUS6723, your role will involve driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships within the IT industry. You will be responsible for strategic planning, market research, lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure revenue growth and business success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and participate in industry events to generate business opportunities. - Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with client requirements. - Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management. - Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT sector. Skills & Expertise: - Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills - Market & Industry Knowledge - Technical Proficiency - Proven Track Record - Leadership & Strategic Thinking - Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience in SaaS, Cloud Solutions, AI, or Fintech industries. - Certification in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing. - Knowledge of B2B sales, enterprise solutions, and partnership management. Please note that this is a full-time position based in Lucknow, and the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in IT products & services.,
