Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description: We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead business growth, identify new prospects, and cultivate strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a proven sales track record, expertise in client acquisition, and market expansion within the IT sector. This role encompasses strategic planning, market analysis, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure business success and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to identify and secure new business avenues. - Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Lead Generation & Networking: Identify potential leads, engage in outreach activities, and participate in industry events to foster business prospects. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Develop business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with client needs. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to guarantee successful project delivery. - Revenue & Performance Tracking: Establish sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and furnish reports to senior management. - Brand Positioning & Expansion: Devise strategies to amplify brand visibility and market penetration. Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT sector. Skills & Expertise: - Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, and fostering robust client relationships. - Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT products, software solutions, and emerging technology trends. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing strategies. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and execute business strategies for sustained success. - Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to excel in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
