Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with education partners, agents, and institutions.
• Drive student recruitment strategies across multiple study destinations.
• Achieve business growth targets through effective planning and execution.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality services to students.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the overseas education sector.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or recruitment targets.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
