Business Development Manager - AOR Accounts (Visual Merchandising/BTL/Decor Design)

The Business Development Manager for AOR Accounts will play a crucial role in driving growth by collaborating with leading Agency of Record agencies. This position, based in Mumbai with a Full-Time employment type and Work from Office mode, requires 5 to 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new AOR agency partners. You will be tasked with developing and delivering tailored presentations that showcase the unique value proposition of the company. Building and maintaining strong relationships with AOR agencies and their clients will be essential, along with customizing service models to meet the specific needs of each agency. Furthermore, you will be expected to keep abreast of market trends and client feedback, sharing this information with the strategy and innovation teams to enhance service offerings. Compliance with company rules and pricing policies, as well as meticulous record-keeping of meetings, deals, and projects in the CRM, are integral parts of the role. Regular submission of sales reports will also be required to track performance and targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication, along with prior experience in branding, signage, or activation. A strong network within top AOR agencies is a prerequisite for this position.
