Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential sites for expansion
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive admissions and revenue growth across centers.
Identify new market opportunities, potential partners, and community engagement avenues through strategic ATL & BTL marketing initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, communities, and local stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Generate high-quality leads through partnerships, events, and other business channels.
Work closely with center managers to design and execute location-specific enrollment campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights for the leadership team.
