Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic client acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with SCM and operations teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential business prospects.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain updated records in CRM and submit regular sales performance reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of SCM, logistics, and transportation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and expanding client portfolios.
Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.

Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from leading logistics and transportation companies such as
TCI, VRL, CJ Darcl, MRC, Varuna Logistics, Om Logistics
, or similar organizations will be highly preferred.
