Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within the IT, or Banking or any solution selling knowledge based industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing high-value deals, and driving consistent revenue growth in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across domains.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to showcase company offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs with a strong focus on revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of hardcore experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.Proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation within IT or Banking industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.Comfortable with client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
