Title: Business Development Manager Work Location: Bangalore Type: Fulltime Salary : Open /DOE + Incentives + other Benefits Start Date: ASAP No of Openings: 2 Description/Profile: Proven ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth, market share and market penetration Experience in US sales preferably IT Staffing services and C2C business. Responsible for Cold Calling Key contacts of Vendors/Implementation Partners and converting them into accounts. Identifying Key Contacts in the target companies. Proactively identifying and finding new business leads. Excellent knowledge & experience with US staffing & payment terms (W2/1099/C2C) Meet or Exceed Monthly, Quarterly targets for online demos, pipeline and revenue generation. Provide status reports daily and weekly basis. Constantly closing business and opening new MSA with Fortune 1000 companies selling Solutions and Staffing engagements. Excellent written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Required Skills: Responsible for Business Development by developing new Clients/Tier1 vendors. Worked on life cycle of recruiting from Client/Tier1 requirements to close the positions. Responsible for Client/Tier1 relationship management. Demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts. Maintenance of the Account by covering all requirements of the individual contact. Maintaining full control of the interview process from candidate qualification to placement/hire. Generated leads with Clients/preferred Vendors. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business & manage the team.
