Role Overview: Responsible for expanding the clinic’s reach through partnerships, outreach programs, referral networks, and generating new client leads.
● Identify and approach hospitals, senior living communities, NGOs, and corporates for tie-ups
● Conduct community outreach activities like health talks and camps
● Develop referral programs with doctors and caregivers
● Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and revenue growth
● Prepare marketing collaterals in collaboration with marketing teams
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
● 3-5 years experience in healthcare/wellness/business development
● Strong local network in healthcare and geriatric sectors preferred
● Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
