Business Development Leader - E-Commerce

You will be responsible for leading the E-Commerce business intelligence and analytics product management at CrunchMetrics. Your role will involve owning the CrunchMetrics E-Commerce Solution, defining its future direction, and driving its adoption. You will be tasked with researching industry needs, building out future direction, driving adoption with customers, and collaborating with the product management, engineering, and AL/ML teams. Additionally, you will work closely with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategy, content-driven marketing, and participate in industry events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the CrunchMetrics E-Commerce Solution and drive its adoption - Research industry needs and define the future direction of the product - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and AL/ML teams - Develop go-to-market strategy and content-driven marketing with the product marketing team - Participate in industry events as required **Qualifications Required:** - 6 to 8 years of experience in the E-Commerce/Retail industry, specializing in BI and Analytics - Experience in running a Start-up, Product Management, or Business Development - Education background in computer science, analytics, or similar field - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to various audiences - Strong execution skills and proactive problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively across teams Please note that the position will report to the Head of Strategy and Products at CrunchMetrics and will be based in Bangalore, India.,
