Business Development Leader - E-Commerce

As a leader in E-Commerce business intelligence and analytics product manager at CrunchMetrics, you will be responsible for owning CrunchMetrics E-Commerce Solution, defining its future direction, and driving its adoption. Your role will encompass researching industry needs, building out future direction, driving adoption with customers, collaborating with the product management group, engineering team, and AL/ML team. You will also collaborate with the product marketing team to develop a go-to-market strategy, content-driven marketing, and participate in industry events as required. Key Responsibilities: - Own CrunchMetrics E-Commerce Solution and drive its adoption - Research industry needs and define the future direction of the product - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and AL/ML teams - Work with the product marketing team to develop a go-to-market strategy and content-driven marketing - Participate in industry events as needed Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience in the E-Commerce/Retail industry, specializing in BI and Analytics - Experience in running a Start-up, Product Management, or Business Development - Educational background in computer science, analytics, or similar field - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to various audiences - Strong execution skills and proactive problem-solving abilities to deliver on complex projects - Ability to work effectively across teams Please note that the position will report to the Head of Strategy and Products at CrunchMetrics and will be based in Bangalore, India.,
