Job Title: Business Development Intern – Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Mohali, India
Stipend: ₹8–12k based on interview + performance-based incentives

Who We’re Looking For:
Freshers with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Conduct market research to understand client needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate deals and contracts
• Collaborate with marketing and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• MBA or IT specialization is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, adaptable, and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
