Job Description

As a Business Acquisition International at the leading EV-agnostic platform in India, you will be responsible for driving new business across Vehicle OEMs, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and SMEs globally. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and acquiring international clients for the company's EV charging hardware and software solutions. You will play a crucial role in establishing export channels and partnerships, tailoring offerings based on market-specific needs, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems. Additionally, you will work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities post initial onboarding and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategies and expansion roadmaps across target international regions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and acquire international clients (Vehicle OEMs, CPOs, SMEs) for EV charging hardware and software solutions. - Drive full-cycle sales including prospecting, lead qualification, solution pitching, commercial closure, and onboarding. - Establish export channels and partnerships to sell products globally. - Collaborate with product and tech teams to tailor offerings based on market-specific needs. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across geographies. - Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems and regular reporting. - Work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities post initial onboarding. - Contribute to go-to-market strategies and expansion roadmaps across target international regions. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in international business development/sales, preferably in EV, automotive, or energy domains. - Proven track record of acquiring and managing international clients across B2B verticals. - In-depth knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and cross-border sales. - Familiarity with the EV charging ecosystem is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
