What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

• Hunt for leads on Upwork, LinkedIn & Freelancer and identify real opportunities.
• Draft proposals that grab attention and open doors.
• Connect with prospects, assist in client calls, and nurture relationships.
• Research markets, competitors, and trends to spot growth opportunities.
• Brainstorm with the BD team on strategies to win clients.

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates / freshers (MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.) — no tech degree required!
• Excellent communication skills — both written & spoken.
• Passionate about sales, client engagement, and digital growth.
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to turn conversations into conversions.
