Identify and onboard new clients & affiliates into our network
Collaborate with internal teams to execute high-performing campaigns
Monitor performance metrics & optimize for maximum ROI
Stay ahead of digital trends and competitive landscapes
Requirements:
Knowledge of business development, affiliate, or digital marketing (Freshers with strong skills are welcome!)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM models is a big plus
Self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
