Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern at Beau Monde Suites, your main role will be to expand the customer base and enhance guest relationships. You will engage with potential guests, convert inquiries into bookings, build partnerships, and support daily business operations. This position offers valuable experience in startup and hospitality, sales exposure, and the chance to hone your communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound guest inquiries and successfully convert leads into bookings. - Generate new leads through cold calling, office visits, and outreach efforts. - Maintain consistent communication with guests before, during, and after their stay. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction. - Assist in establishing partnerships with corporates, travel agents, influencers, and event planners. - Keep track of conversion rates, outreach activities, and daily reports. - Identify new market opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience. **Skills & Qualities Required:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with phone calls and face-to-face interactions. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn. - Capable of taking on responsibilities and following up without reminders. - Interest in hospitality, sales, or customer experience is a plus.
