Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern at the company located in Kankarbagh, Patna, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Conduct cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads. - Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations and schedule meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain, update, and track CRM data to ensure accuracy of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and messaging strategies. - Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. - Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion. - Provide timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects to build strong relationships. - Share feedback and insights from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. - Support the sales team in pipeline building, campaign execution, and reporting activities.
