About the Internship:

We are looking for energetic MBA students/Freshers/Graduate who are passionate about sales, marketing, and business development to join our dynamic internship program. This is a performance-driven opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in business outreach, client engagement, and sales strategy — with potential for a full-time placement post internship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients for NBS’s range of Digital and Tech-based Services.

- Conduct business outreach, market research, and client meetings.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and outreach drives.

- Maintain reports and achieve weekly or monthly performance goals.

Training & Mentorship:

7-Day Structured Sales Training Program covering product knowledge, client acquisition, and sales communication.

Ongoing mentoring from senior business leaders at NBS.

Opportunity to work on live business projects.

Duration:

3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Stipend & Incentives:

₹5,000 – ₹35,000 per month (performance-based)
