Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern to join our team. After a 3-day comprehensive training program, the intern will be responsible for pitching advertising services to inbound clients and making outbound efforts to attract new business. The internship will last a minimum of 3 months, with performance evaluations conducted at the end to assess eligibility for a full-time job offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch advertising & Marketing solutions to inbound client inquiries.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound efforts.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in market research and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in business development and sales.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently post-training.
• Must commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.
• Bachelors degree is a must.
• Ability to use AI tools and software

Post-Internship Opportunity:

Performance will be evaluated after 3 months to determine eligibility for a potential full-time job offer.
