At our core, we're fast, bold, and obsessed with creative that converts. Job Description: We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern to join our team. After a 3-day comprehensive training program, the intern will be responsible for pitching advertising services to inbound clients and making outbound efforts to attract new business. The internship will last a minimum of 3 months, with performance evaluations conducted at the end to assess eligibility for a full-time job offer. Key Responsibilities: Pitch advertising & Marketing solutions to inbound client inquiries. Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound efforts. Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients. Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs. Assist in market research and lead generation efforts. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in business development and sales. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently post-training. Must commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship. Bachelors degree is a must. Ability to use AI tools and software Post-Internship Opportunity: Performance will be evaluated after 3 months to determine eligibility for a potential full-time job offer. Why Work with us?
